I really liked the activities. I listen better if I have something to fiddle with. I've asked in classes if it's ok if I bring my knitting with me. So its a kid class, but I think activities are super helpful for adults as well. I find it relaxing to knit while my brain is absorbing.

Healing Inner Child: I think this has been profound. It is such deep healing done in the most gentle way. I think inner child work can be scary in the sense that you think it is going to hurt too much, this does the work and heals so much and helps you process along the way. Ignitions: I loved the Ignitions. Some of the ignitions for me could have used a little progressive relaxation/intro into setting the space and energy for the Ignition, to let me go a bit deeper, but they all did the job! I do not think I am saying that right, but hopefully you get the gist.

Practice: this was amazing, and fun to see how others practice reiki.

History: succinct, to the point and it was fun to do the feather at the same time!

Child Development Concepts: this is so helpful, just an amazing way to share the information and you laid it out so perfectly!”
